TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. Registrations are, however, transferable (see Substitution Policy below). Canceling your registration does not cancel your hotel or travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for managing their own accommodation and travel bookings.
Substitution of Delegate Policy
Substitutions, including those made on-site, are permitted with written authorization from the original registrant. Requests must be submitted via email to lisa@byondevents.com. The substituted delegate must represent the same organization as the canceled delegate.
