Cancellation Policy
Registrations for Climate Futures APAC Summit 2027 are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible delegate in accordance with the Substitution of Delegates Policy below.
Please note that cancelling or transferring your registration does not automatically cancel any hotel, flight or other travel arrangements. Attendees remain responsible for managing and cancelling their own reservations.
Substitution of Delegates Policy
Delegate substitutions, including those requested on-site, are permitted with the written authorisation of the original registrant. The substitute must be employed by the same organisation as the original delegate.
