Booking Terms & Conditions

I. Introduction

 

These Booking Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your registration and participation in events organized by Beyond Events Inc. (the "Organizer").

Please read these Terms carefully before registering for any event.

 

By submitting your registration for an event organized by the Organizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

II. Event Registration and Participation

 

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event agenda, format, speakers, venue, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.

 

To ensure a smooth check-in process, full payment must be received prior to the event date. If payment has not been received, a credit card payment may be required at the time of check-in.

 

Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days before the event start date.

While cancellations are non-refundable, the paid fee will be issued as a credit, which can be applied toward any Beyond Events Inc. event within the next 24 months.

 

The personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to decline registration in cases of conflict of interest or other valid reasons.

If a registration fee has already been paid, it will be refunded in full.

 

Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas or travel permits to attend the event.

The Organizer cannot provide refunds for attendees who fail to secure a visa in time for the event.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

In such cases, participants will receive a credit or a full refund limited to the ticket fee only.

 

III. Liability

 

In the event of cancellation, the Organizer’s liability is limited strictly to the refund of the registration fee.

 

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any physical injuries, infections, diseases, material damage, or losses incurred during the event.

 

Participants are personally responsible for any damage caused to or at the event venue by their own actions.

The Organizer is not liable for such damages under any circumstances.

 

IV. Event Recordings

 

The Organizer may engage photographers and videographers to capture moments during the event for informational or promotional use.

As an attendee, your image may appear in photos or videos without individual identification.

 

By registering for and attending our events, you grant Beyond Events Inc. the right to use photographs and video recordings of you—along with any reproductions or adaptations—for marketing and commercial purposes across various media and platforms, including but not limited to our official website, marketing materials, and social media channels.
