No, CFAS2026 is an in-person only event. There are no online or virtual participation options available, including for speakers or sessions.

The Climate Futures APAC Summit 2026 is a closed-door, invitation-only strategic summit.
All participants are required to register and pay the delegate fee to access the full program.
The paid delegate pass includes:
- Two full days of Strategic Summit sessions
- All networking activities, lunches, coffee breaks, cocktail reception
- Access to the 1-1 meeting app and approved presentation slides
The exhibition area is open and free for general visitors to explore.
We accept payments via wire transfer (offline bank transfer). Details will be provided upon registration confirmation.
Yes:
- 1–2 delegates: Standard rate (no discount)
- 3–4 delegates: Additional 5% discount
- 5+ delegates: Additional 10% discount

We are happy to provide a formal letter of invitation to support your visa application. Please note:
- Full payment of the registration fee is required before the letter can be issued (no exceptions).
- Wire transfer payments require at least 5 business days to process.
- Visa processing times vary by country and can take weeks or months — we strongly recommend registering and paying early.
Once payment is confirmed, please email support@byondevents.com to request your invitation letter.
All paid registrants receive access to our dedicated networking app (available on smartphone, tablet, and desktop – iOS and Android). We will send login details to all fully paid registrants once the app is live. Access requires full payment of the registration fee.
If you are unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your registration to another colleague from the same organization at no additional cost, provided the request is submitted in writing at least 30 business days before the event.
